Caw is a Tengu Monk played by [[Chris]]. He comes from mountainous areas of the Dragon Isles and was hired to spread fear and chaos on the mainland.<br />

* Caw is hired by [[Keygin]] and travels with the rest of the party to the mainland, where they land and burn down a mill and several other buildings. During the arson, Caw pecks out the eye of a little girl, throws two other children out the window, and scares the parents of the children into thinking he is a demon by speaking Infernal.<br />
* The next day he uses forgery to change the price tag on a very nice cloak, which he purchases.<br />
* At the festival, Caw joins the parade and steals a large, gaudy necklace and a pouch with some gold from one of the city's heroes and his wife.<br />
