During the [[Karmir: Tavern Shenanigans|events at the tavern]] on the 21st of Huy, Orst made contact with two dwarven griffon riders, who invited them out to the stables to fly Sharon. Not much was revealed about Sharon, other than that she was not the easiest griffon to ride and had a tendency to throw people off.
On the 22nd of Huy, [[Orst]] led the party to the griffon stables on the northeast side of [[Karmir]] to try his hand at flying Sharon and consider finding a griffon mount. In an effort to minimize the creation of dwarf paste in Karmir, [[Tirgon|Tir]] made and sold Orst three potions of feather fall in chewy tablet form, so they could be kept in the mouth and used only when the user was about to fall or falling.
The stable keeper, and old, small dwarf, brought out Sharon, an enormous griffon. The dwarves at the stables got her saddled up and ready to fly. Orst got on and began flying; it could not be counted as "riding" Sharon because Sharon had all control. There were loops, spins, upside-downs, and a large number of zigzags. Orst nearly became sick, but managed to keep his stomach on the inside.
Eventually Orst was thrown off Sharon, but by the benefit of Tir's feather fall potion, managed to not be splatted all over the ground. This impressed the dwarves at the stables, who took the opportunity to buy as many of these potions from Tir as they could.
Before leaving the stables, a young female griffon took a liking to Orst. He purchased her from the stable masters for use as a riding griffon.
