Orst comes from a family of dwarven mercenaries in [[Jottol]].  He's a lawful good fighter/cleric who was trained in both these disciplines by people in his clan.  His immediate family members are his father and mother (whom I have not named) and his younger brother, Tios.  His clan is somewhat poor; I imagine them as a clan with lots of past prestige but whom have not done much of prestige in recent times.  A lot of their poverty comes from their occupation as a group of lawful good mercenaries; they're somewhat selective on the jobs they'll take up.  This makes their mercenary job selection somewhat limited.  For in-game reference, Orst's cleric domains are strength and war.  Immediately preceding the campaign, Orst wrote the following letter to his parents:
