Rell

Rell has been under pressure lately as there has been fighting breaking out on their western border. They've attempted to stay neutral in this war, but are not having much luck. Troops from other countries are doing most of the fighting, attempting to use Rell as a buffer zone between the free countries and the invading countries.

Rell's economy is having a tough time as bandit attacks have increased and young potential farmers are instead being shipped off to war. There is a lack of troops, food, supplies, and people. Rellans are known for making small stuffed animals.

The party passed through Rell when taking Princess Avestralinn to Feren 'Kat.
