Keygin

Keygin is a human from the mainland who hired the members of the party to spread fear and chaos. He found the party a basement base below a tavern and acts as a go-between for the party when they wish to purchase items. He rewards them any time they cause mischief or mayhem in the city, the size of which depends on how much notoriety they receive from their actions.
