Vel'xunyrr Cress

The Vel'xunyrr Cress is a network of spies - mostly merchants, tavern regulars, travelers, and sailors - created by Norson. The purpose of this spy network was to keep tabs on all the important activities taking place on the continent and was eventually used to influence political events. Vel'xunyrr Cress is drow for "spy web" - drow was chosen specifically by Norson due to his hatred of the Thalorian elves.
